Experienceship for BIPOC Undergraduate Students

Luca Bos is partnering with Ellie Mental Health and other mental health providers, hospitals, and government agencies in the state of Minnesota to offer field experiences for BIPOC students.

How it works:

Our hope is that by offering these Experienceships, we will encourage more students of color to join the mental health field.

Luca Bos’s Experienceship will consist of a 3-day, paid, shadowing opportunity with observation of community-based services, outpatient therapy sessions, medication management assembly, and senior leadership roles within the mental health field.
